Why we give

God is the great giver. He gives us everything we have. Most of all he gave his only Son to be our Saviour. So Christians give not to earn God's favour but to respond gratefully to it. God loves a cheerful giver!

The ministry of Saint John's is largely funded by generous giving of Christians within our church family. People give in lots of different ways, with their time and with their money. If you'd like to give financially, either regularly or as a one-off gift, just follow the instructions below. Thank you for your partnership with us.

How to give

Regular giving

If you are able to give regularly to Saint John's, it helps us with our financial planning.

If you are eligible to Gift Aid your donation, we can claim an extra 25% back on your giving at no cost to you. You'll just need to complete a Gift Aid declaration.

Online giving

If you'd like to make a one-off gift to Saint John's with a credit or debit card, you can give online with our easy-to-use secure online payment service.

If you pay income tax, there's an option to Gift Aid your donation so we can claim an extra 25% back on your giving (at no cost to you).
